I have a proven track record of high-performance and leadership experience in Global Supply Chain Operations roles at Schneider Electric. I have lead large teams of up to 90 employees, handled global projects, and managed large-scale operations to drive business success.

I hold a Mechanical Engineering degree from NIT Trichy—India’s 8th-ranked engineering college. When I joined Schneider Electric, initially I was an individual contributor. Because I was a high-performer in that role, I was promoted to a leadership role. But I wasn't trained in leadership, so I faced extreme struggles and failures.
